Anyone who has the passion and dedication to become a great pastry chef can apply to ENSP.There is no particular background requirement for attending the school. Students come from all different walks of life and from every corner of the world.

Some students have had a bit of culinary or pastry exposure, others are career changers.  No matter if you are a cowboy from Idaho, a cook from Indonesia or a movie star from India, the love of pastry will gather you together around an exceptionally sweet experience.
